Specialist in Management of Micro and Small Enterprises from the Foundation for Support to Teaching, Research and Extension – FAAP, Lavras unit (2002). Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy from the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters of Ituverava – SP (1990) and a Technical degree in Mechanics from Escola Estadual Brasil – EEB (2003). Currently serves as a lecturer in Engineering programs at the Universidade de Uberaba – UNIUBE and as Director of the National Service for Industrial Training – SENAI, Uberaba/MG unit. Previously worked as a counselor and consultant for the Technological Support Foundation for Companies – FUNATEC. Has experience as a consultant in production process improvement, having worked in mechanical machining and industrial maintenance in large-scale companies. Possesses extensive experience as a vocational training instructor and technical course supervisor in the areas of metalworking and electronics, as well as supervising professional qualification programs in metalworking, electromechanics, automotive, civil construction, footwear, and apparel sectors. Has participated in several professional development courses in technical fields, total quality, and people management.

Holds a Master’s degree in Technological Education from the same institution, in the same research line. Completed postgraduate specializations in Production of Educational Materials using Linux Educacional at the Federal University of Lavras – UFLA; Technologies, Languages, and Media in Education and Inclusive Professional and Technological Education at IFTM; Information Technology Management at the Faculdade de Venda Nova do Imigrante; University Teaching at the Federal University of the Triângulo Mineiro – UFTM; Distance Education Management at the Federal Institute of Rondônia – IFRO; and Distance Education at the State University of Montes Claros – UNIMONTES. Holds undergraduate degrees in Computer Science Teaching from IFTM, Electrical Engineering from the University of Uberaba – UNIUBE, and Pedagogy from Centro Universitário Faveni. Currently works as a university lecturer at UNIUBE, teaching Technology programs in both on-site and distance learning modalities; as a Basic Education teacher in technical courses at the Minas Gerais State Department of Education; and as an on-site tutor in the Mathematics Teacher Education program at IFTM, offered via distance learning. He is a member of LabDUA – Laboratory of Educational Practices for Universal Design for Learning (IFTM – Uberaba Campus). Serves as Managing Editor of the journal InovaEducaTech and is leader of the Google Educators Group (GEG) of Uberaba. Also works as a tenured employee at the Uberaba Information Technology Development Company – CODIUB, with extensive experience in both technological and educational fields.

Works as a Front-end Developer and as an instructor in administrative and basic computing courses.
