Abstract

Effective financial management is essential for businesses of all sizes, providing control in adverse situations. The increase in unemployment during and after the pandemic has led to a rise in microentrepreneurs, making service provision a viable alternative for many. To help these businesses compete in the market, the proposed application addresses challenges such as the entity principle, managerial control, and balance sheet accuracy-key factors in the premature closure of small enterprises (Nunes, 2020, apud Silva et al., 2023). The research, based on the analysis of a company in the electronic security sector, identified operational difficulties such as a lack of separation between personal and business assets, inventory control deficiencies, and service management inefficiencies (Rovaris, Dall’asta, and Walter, 2019, apud Silva et al., 2023). To address these issues, a SaaS software solution was developed using a web architecture, consolidated technologies, and specialized APIs, ensuring accessibility and financial management efficiency (Damasceno, 2024, apud Caetano et al., 2022).   It was concluded that tools such as Business Intelligence (BI) can provide support through simple visual indicators, facilitating strategic decision-making. This study demonstrates that the developed solution guides microentrepreneurs effectively, as seen in the case of a home automation company, promoting management tailored to market realities.
