This publication presents the Proceedings of the 18th edition of the Technology Meeting (Entec), held by the University of Uberaba (Uniube) at the Airport Campus on October 23 and 24, 2025, as part of the National Week of Science and Technology. Established as a landmark event in the institution’s academic calendar, Entec represents an important environment for the dissemination of scientific knowledge, the promotion of innovation, and the strengthening of ties between the university, the productive sector, and society.
Focused on the fields of Engineering and Information Technology, Entec 2025 featured significant participation from undergraduate students, who presented approximately 50 works, including software development projects and prototypes. These works result from the practical application of course content, with an emphasis on addressing real-world professional demands and challenges. The event also welcomed high school students, fostering early contact with university life and encouraging reflection on academic and career choices.
The event program included thematic exhibitions focused on the areas of Agriculture and Environment, promoting interaction among students, faculty members, and partner companies. These activities reinforced Uniube’s institutional commitment to comprehensive education, innovation, and the qualified integration of its students into the labor market, in alignment with the objectives of the National Week of Science and Technology.
The works compiled herein demonstrate student engagement in knowledge production, the strengthening of applied research, and the pursuit of sustainable technological solutions. This volume constitutes an important historical record of the event and reaffirms Uniube’s role in the education of critical, ethical professionals prepared to contribute to the development of society.
