Focus and Scope
The Revista Profissão Docente is a scientific journal – ISSN 1519-0919, with continuous publication, linked to the Graduate Program in Education of the Universidade de Uberaba (UNIUBE). It publishes original works in the field of Education, from different theoretical and methodological perspectives, aiming to contribute to research and debate on topics that permeate the educational field at regional, national, and international levels.
Submissions should primarily address topics related to educational processes and their foundations, professional development, teacher training, teaching work, and teaching-learning processes in different contexts, levels, and modalities.
The journal accepts articles, interviews, reviews, documents, and experience reports for publication, written in Portuguese, Spanish, or English, already revised by the authors in their original language.
The target audience of the Revista Profissão Docente consists of researchers, graduate and undergraduate students in the field of Education in Brazil and abroad, as well as the academic community in general.
