Cristiano Dorça Ferreira, Universidade de Uberaba - UNIUBE, Brasil

Holds a Bachelor's, Master's, and Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas. Currently serves as a faculty member at Universidade de Uberaba and a Civil Engineer at Universidade Federal do Triângulo Mineiro, with a primary focus on water supply networks.

Humberto Ritt, Universidade de Uberaba - UNIUBE, Brasil

Graduated in Civil Engineering from Universidade Federal de Santa Maria – UFSM (1986) and holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from COPPE UFRJ – Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (1989). Worked as a project engineer for the Angra I and II Nuclear Power Plants in Rio de Janeiro. Has served as a university professor at Universidade de Uberaba (UNIUBE), Universidade Federal de Uberlândia (UFU), Centro Universitário do Triângulo (UNITRI), Universidade Federal do Triângulo Mineiro (UFTM), and Instituto Federal do Triângulo Mineiro (IFTM). Currently, he teaches in several programs at Universidade de Uberaba (UNIUBE). In addition to his academic background, he has professional experience in Civil Engineering, focusing on consultancy and project development, particularly in the areas of structural systems, civil construction, and mechanics of materials. He also holds a public position as an engineer at the Prefeitura Municipal de Uberaba – Superintendência de Trânsito e Mobilidade Urbana.

Luis César de Oliveira, Universidade de Uberaba - UNIUBE, Brasil

Civil Engineer, graduated from Universidade de Uberaba – UNIUBE in 1990. Holds a postgraduate degree in Mathematics Teaching Methodology from Faculdades Claretianas and a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade Federal de Uberlândia – UFU, with a concentration in Urban Engineering and a research focus on Transport Planning and Operation. Has over 35 years of experience in higher education and more than 14 years in academic management. Was an executing member of the Engineering in High School Project, carried out in Uberaba with financial support from FINEP, from 2007 to 2009. Since 2011, has served as Engineering Program Manager at Universidade de Uberaba – UNIUBE, leading activities related to planning, pedagogical supervision, faculty coordination, and institutional development. Within the Confea/Crea System, served as an alternate councilor of the Civil Engineering Specialized Chamber (CEEC) at CREA-MG from 2012 to 2014. Later held the position of full councilor of the same chamber during the 2018–2020 and 2020–2023 terms. Coordinated the Special Commission on Education and Professional Practice (CEAP) at CREA-MG in 2020 and 2023. Currently serves as the state coordinator of the Colégio de Instituições de Ensino Regional (CIER) at CREA-MG, a position to which he was elected in 2024 and re-elected for the 2025 term.
