Marcio Toshiaki Uehara, Universidade de Uberaba - UNIUBE, Brasil

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Universidade de Mogi das Cruzes - UMC (University of Mogi das Cruzes, 1994). Completed a postgraduate program in Maintenance Management at FEI/ABRAMAN (1995) and an MBA in Project Management from the Getulio Vargas Foundation - FGV. Currently serves as a lecturer at Faculdade Talentos Humanos and the Universidade de Uberaba - UNIUBE. Has solid experience in maintenance coordination and supervision, implementation of preventive maintenance, and was responsible for deploying TPM (Total Productive Maintenance). Participated in Lean Manufacturing teams and Green Belt training for Six Sigma projects in the metallurgical industry. Also has experience as a Workplace Safety Manager.
