Entre desafios e caminhos: uma revisão sistemática sobre a atuação docente na educação básica

Resumo

Esta pesquisa teve como objetivo identificar os principais desafios enfrentados por docentes da educação básica e as ações de melhoria propostas em estudos científicos. Foram analisados 43 artigos selecionados segundo critérios de relevância, qualidade e aderência ao tema. Os resultados indicam que as dificuldades docentes são múltiplas e interdependentes, influenciadas por fatores estruturais, pedagógicos, formativos e contextuais. A literatura aponta a ampliação do escopo analítico, incluindo formação inicial e continuada, precarização das condições de trabalho, impactos da COVID-19, demandas de inovação pedagógica, bem-estar profissional e barreiras sociopolíticas. Entre as propostas de melhoria destacam-se a capacitação docente, fortalecimento da infraestrutura, revisão curricular, valorização profissional e apoio institucional. Como limitação, registra-se o uso de uma única base de dados e a concentração da produção em determinados contextos. Conclui-se que os desafios demandam respostas integradas envolvendo políticas públicas e iniciativas formativas.
